Twenty years of work means I've worn a lot of hats — twelve years in hospitality (serving, bartending, event management, owning a mobile spa business, working spa floors as both therapist and concierge), four years in graduate admissions at an Ivy-Plus university, and four years in e-commerce that started on a service team and ended in business innovation, building chatbots and implementing CRMs and AI tools.

What ties all of it together is what I've actually been doing the whole time: paying attention to how people experience businesses, and figuring out the processes that make those experiences work — or fail. That's what I do at Vision Intel AI now. The tools changed. The work didn't.
